Look forward

With the fall approaching, the season becomes analogous to how I’ve been feeling. Clinging to the warmth and familiarity of the summer while tentative to embrace the fall’s crisp air and foggy skies – I look back more so than forward. But that’s not how we’re told to live…

“Don’t look back, you’re not going that way” — Unknown

“When your past calls, don’t answer. It has nothing new to say” — Unknown

“Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” — Isaiah 43: 18-19

Embrace the unknown, the spirit, the present, and the hope we all have available to us.
